Assist PFP was appointed to carry out a compartmentation in this commercial kitchen during a refit of this retail unit.
The challenge
A recent fire risk assessment had identified multiple areas of non-compliance. We had to work around other contractors to do the remedial fit.
Our solution
Assist PFP carried out a detailed fire-stopping survey to map all compartment lines and identify defects. Our technicians then installed Batt and mastic seal work around ducting, pipes, trunking, cabling and voids, ensuring each zone met required compartmentation standards.
